Pricing questions
How is Axpense priced?
You pay one price per vehicle per month, and the price per vehicle goes down as your fleet grows: from 350 EGP ($10) per vehicle for 5–10 vehicles to 200 EGP ($5.75) for 251–500 vehicles. Your total is the number of vehicles × your tier’s price.
What is included in the subscription?
Everything: vehicle, fuel and expense management, preventive maintenance, work orders, inspections, parts, drivers and assignments, dashboards, reports and alerts — plus free onboarding.
How much do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing saves 20% compared with paying monthly for 12 months. For example, 25 vehicles × 320 EGP = 8,000 EGP a month, or 76,800 EGP a year billed annually.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are available in EGP, USD, SAR, AED, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, EUR. Each market has its own local price rather than a daily conversion from US dollars.
What if I have more than 500 vehicles?
Fleets above 500 vehicles get custom pricing based on your operation and requirements. Talk to Sales.
Can I change the number of vehicles later?
Yes. Your total changes as you add or remove vehicles, and if your fleet moves into another size tier, that tier’s price per vehicle applies.
